We had a room in the heritage wing and it was huge. The bathroom is almost as big as some rooms in inner city hotels in e.g., Tokyo. The seating area with the sofa was great for relaxing in the evening. I also liked that we had plenty of water...

The staff was great. Super helpful and friendly. Buni at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful and went above and beyond to please us. Everyone at the front desk was actually really nice and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more....
