It was in a happening part of Playa del Carmen. This can be good and bad. You could walk to restaurants, bars, etc.

Everything about my 2 night stay at this hotel was great. A special mention to Julio who was incredibly helpful.

Hotel is close to the main tourist areas, but is far enough from the main party area, so the room was quiet. They had a water dispenser for you to refill your water bottle and the breakfast was light and nice (fruit, yogurt, granola, and toast)....

Beautiful jungle setting with lots of palm trees and birds singing in the trees. The huts were adorable and wasn’t like a generic resort. The staff were incredible, especially Sergio at the bar. We made sure to always tip in cash.
