The location was awesome, close to El socalo and walking distance to different restaurants. We only stayed 1 night so it was perfect and accomodations were great.

We booked the dorms and they looked brand new! The beds were comfortable, the room was absolutely massive, and the bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. It was nice that they had 2 charging outlets for each bed, and the wifi worked...

It is a typical mid range hotel in the center of the city. Not perfect, but absolutely fine. Room was plenty large. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of hot water to bathe. Comfortable.

The staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating. I had a very early bus journey necessitating an even earlier am taxi. The staff’s assistance and followup was very professional and all went seamlessly.
