I loved this location because it was easy to get everywhere and yet a bit more quiet at night than on the other side of the Zocalo. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and very accommodating for splitting portions. Location was not great as walking to the center requires crossing a highway and it’s a little dangerous.

This is a very well run resort, with very innovative, interesting rooms, a very good restaurant & spa, which we tried, & very professional staff. It’s also in easy walking distance from the center of La Puebla, a very peaceful & lovely city.

location and size of room was great, breakfast was very nice, not a buffet but a sit down breakfast, was very nice.

The staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating. I had a very early bus journey necessitating an even earlier am taxi. The staff’s assistance and followup was very professional and all went seamlessly.
