Location and unique building. Loved breakfast on site up on the hill. View of the convent especially with a setting sun is ethereal. Very gracious staff. Comfortable pool area (gets slippery when wet) very comfortable bed!

It was tranquil and had a beautiful pool area which was kept clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were a good value and the staff were helpful when needed.

Izamal is a good stop for one night between Mérida and Valladolid. I enjoyed my stay at Buenosdias Izamal. It is a nice house located a few blocks away from the main square, easily walkable in around 10 min. Staff is super friendly, there is a nice pool and some cute dogs on the premises. Free water and coffee are provided. My room was simple but clean and spacious. There is good wifi and a TV with streaming services. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting Izamal.
