Comfortable, clean , quiet, warm & cosy, staff were excellent, friendly & helpful

The room was on the waterside, was beautiful. Big room, with a big bathroom. The place was so quiet. Had a lovely stay.

They kept the main house mostly intact which was nice to see, the garden beautiful even though it rained a lot, not a chance of playing golf though, rooms in addition nice snd spacious, staff extremely friendly

Nice, small hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff. Has a good restaurant downstairs and rooms are large and clean. Free, ample parking. We stayed for only night, while visiting friends in the neighborhood, and the hotel was perfect for that....

Really good location as can be seen on the photos. Room was a good size, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing as was the staff. Close to other bars and restaurants. The dinner in the hotel was excellent. Would go again.

Prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht. Kamer is ruim en stil. Ruim voorzien van extra's als wijn, chips etc. Echt een aanrader!

Fabulous breakfast with friendly service. The hotel had a lift which was great for family members that had challenges with stairs. Our rooms overlooked the canal and had a very scenic view.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of options to choose from. The location was great, just outside the center of Leeuwarden (6 min by car).

The room is very nice and unique with a comfortable bed, everything you need for making a tea or coffee, very effective room heating when needed. You have to get used to the key-less entrance into the the building and into the room but it works...

Very spacious modern room, amazing bed, love the bathroom. My room had no view (looking onto a wall), if you are on a holiday a 'city view' would probably be nicer. But all in all an excellent stay in a beautiful building.

My husband's family immigrated from the North of Holland. As Americans we visited the area. the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. It is a lovely Quiet little town.
