Location and staff. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are good but the second one I was in had feces on the wall by the sink and that was gross. It was after hours so I cleaned it myself.

Everything. Clean, not very big but well organized, very friendly owner very attentive to the needs of the guests. I arrived way earlier then the check-in time but she was very ready to accommodate, to make it possible for me to get in my room....

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Everything was clean. There is a parking lot close to it (Cubagarage) for 2 euros per day. There was a TV with built-in Chromecast. The breakfast was good. There were many stores and restaurants around.

I greatly enjoyed the breakfast and the overall environment. I also enjoyed that everything (check-in, bikes, etc..) were easily accessible.

Location, walking distance to office. Dutch breakfast with fresh cheese available made it count.

Very clean and easy to access rooms - good use of digital key so nothing can be lost! Night entrance is helpful and as there are only 9 rooms it is very peaceful. Option for German, English or Dutch on restaurant menu which was helpful.
