The conservation efforts were incredible. The facility was very comfortable for my family of five. We had flown in from Indonesia that day. The following morning, we accidentally overslept, and the staff were very understanding and generous.

Location is great, only 5 mins from airport, and even though the parking is limited, we had no trouble parking our car in the garage. Supermarket if only 5 mins walking, with a limited choices of restaurants. Downtown is about 10 mins away by car....

The location of the hotel is very central to the main town - less than a 5 minute walk in which makes it super easy to roam freely and even have a drink or two and not have to worry about driving. The hotel staff are second to none (especially Julian) and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The extra facilities also provided such as E-Bikes were a great addition to our original plans as we used them to explore Queenstown.
