Maciej was very flexible - when we told him, we would arrive much later than expected (10 p.m.), he saw no problem and then helped us to bring our luggage to our room. Thanks a lot for this!

Miejsce doskonałe do wypadów w góry ze wszystkim, czego potrzebuje turysta kochający góry. Super atmosfera, z wyjatkowymi gospodarzami :)

Wszystko było super! Doskonały taras, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Sauna i jacuzzi bardzo umilają pobyt. Sypialnie i łazienki, których jest dużo bardzo ułatwiają poranną i wieczorną toaletę.

I enjoyed the polite and friendly staff, the spa and pool facilities, scenery, and the hearty portions at dinner. The cleanliness and decor were great as well.

Obsługa jest przemiła, jednak ośrodek nie jest najnowszy, ma swój „klimat”, co warto mieć na uwadze ;)

hotel facility was new, and very nice. Position in mountains is lovely. For us was very good that the pool and sauna was included in price, and the opening hours of SPA and pool was from 7:00 to 22:00, so we were able to use it before breakfast...

All was very clean and cozy. Especially liked grillhouse outside. Kids had big garden to run outside. To energylandia was 30min drive. Owner was very helpful and friendly and spoke english enough to communicate. Reccomend very highly!

What a lovely place. You can really notice that the owners have thought about every detail of the hotel. The staaf was very kind and helpfull. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. And breakfast was very luxurious.

Quiet, clean room, comfortable beds, nice friendly stuff. Quite location close to the river. Wonderful balcony, feeling like you living in the countryside.

Courteous receptionist. Kitchenette on the 2nd floor with tables and a microwave. Room and bathroom clean.

Close to the old city, 25-30 mins walking or $3-4 by bolt taxi. Great if you travel by car as they have a guaranteed parking spot, which is not the case anywhere in the old city. Couple of good restaurants around for breakfast, as they don't offer...

The front desk people were amazing, really kind and helpful. The beds were super comfortable.

Gorgeous apartment with two bathrooms and wonderfully furnishings close to all there is to see in old Krakow. Washer and dryer a great plus and partnership with adjacent gym too.
