Clean and well equipped rooms with free water, tea, and coffee. The hotel also had a good location with close to public transport and shops, but difficult to reach when you wanted to travel later in the evening.

The apartment was beautifully designed, modern, fresh and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, Seriously, I have never slept on such a soft and comfy mattress in any hotel or bnb, ever. I liked that there was a parking spot for my car. The apartment features also A/C and a big tv set, should these be on your checklist...

All was good, just had misunderstanding with the payment. Hotel was booked via booking.com and money were paid in advance, unfortunately hotel staff for some reason asked to pay the same amount again, so there was about 1.5 h spent to solve...

There were nice bedspreads, pillows, and covers available. The water pressure is amazing! Towels were nice, refrigerator was clean, floors clean, tv with basic channels. Felt very secure with the 3 levels of locks to get to the apartment.

We stoped for one night on the way home and the hotel was exactly for that - clean, easy to find, includes breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating. The owner gave me a ride into the old city when I had difficulty navigating a map.

It's located in an old building, one in which I rarely have a chance of visiting, and that factor alone was a huge plus for me. I appreciated the "climate" of an old building combined with well thought out facilities. I slept well, it was quiet,...

I've been upgraded from Diament Economy to Diament Plaza, which is the 4 star hotel. So I obviously don't complain, but there wouldn't be anything to wine about anyways: it was clean, spacious, kind staff ... the whole 9 yards.

Nice clean room, staff outstanding and breakfast beyond- top notch.

:( Only problem was a loud group of guests who were up late into the night... but I could also hear them all the way down the street when they went for a walk, so it's not the hotel's fault.

I slept really well - it was quiet, clean and I felt safe. Kitchen is well equipped and the hostel is situated in the center of Gliwice. I really like how quiet it was - from my room I couldn't hear my neighbours or people sitting in a lobby.

The owner of the apartment is really friendly. Breakfast is prepared on order and is quite good. The location is just an old villa transformed into a hotel. The room itself is quite 'tired' but for this money is completely OK. In general, good...
