I took a Sapsan train from Moscow to St. Petersburg and arrived to “Moscow train station” which is located in the centre of the city. From there to hotel is only 17 minutes walk. Super convenient location. Staff are very nice, polite and helpful....

Локация очень понравилась. Это рядом с вокзалом, но это не вокзальное место, это старинный жилой квартал. Улица получается напротив Гончарной, но через Невский. Не знал, что там так сильно отличаются стороны проспекта. Короче, сильно чище...

Breakfast was so good. Hotel is not located in the city center but easy access all over the places. Spa was so good also you should experience this place hopefully will be back soon.

Тихо, уютно, чисто. Хорошая локация. Отличная обратная связь с администрацией. Через три дома волшебное кафе Hobz с вкуснейшими завтраками и кофе.

Замечательный отель! Вернулась бы сюда снова. Расположение, цена,качество,чистота завтраки....довольны и взрослые,и дети!!! Смутил в начале ресепшен в баре и завтраки там же. Но персонал был очень вежливым,и включил на время завтрака детям...

Location was great, walk distance to everything you might need. Service was great! Staff was kind, polite and welcoming! The room was clean and breakfast delicious! Warmed up tiles in the bathroom- love it!

Great welcoming service from the staff, good location with metro less than a 10 minute walk. Nice restaurants nearby. Room was too warm 25/6°C however staff were quick to adjust radiator when we mentioned to lower to a comfortable 21/2°C. Rooms...
