Очень хорошее местоположение. От метро всего 5-7 минут пешком. Гостевой дом в старинном Питерском доме с большой историей. Это не могло не радовать )). Правда, во время нашего пребывания шел ремонт фасада, но мы к этому отнеслись очень спокойно....
