직원 친절도가 5성급 이상입니다. 모두 웃는 얼굴로 엄청나게 친절하세요. 어느정도이냐면 약간 나이 있으신 남자 직원분이 계신데 이분도 절대 불친절하신건 아닌데 일반적인 응대를 하시는 분인데 다른 분들이 너무 친절하셔서 이분이 불친절하게 느껴질 정도입니다. 암튼 서울 경기도 쪽으로 갈일 있으면 무조건 이 호텔 묵을 겁니다. 운전시간 4시간이 아깝지가 않아요

The staff are very friendly!! My wife couldn’t find her Apple Watch in the room. The staff allowed her to go back and search for it but she still didn’t find it. Later that week the staff found her watch and called her to come pick it up. Thanks...

This was a more decent hotel than I had expected. It was hard to find a hotel like this one in this area. I was told that every room has a steam dresser which is very cool. And all the items in the hotel are kind of new so you can enjoy them fresh.
