We booked a family room which are located outside of the hotel. It was spacious and very clean. We have stayed in the hotel before and knew what to expect from the location. It is quiet but it is close to some great restaurants (walking distance)...

Location - the Camino ran right by the front gate. And the property is beautifully restored. There are two bar/restaurants about a block away.

The staff was great- helpful and friendly. Location was amazing.

La habitación era muy cómoda, amplia y cercana a la playa (se puede ir andando a unos minutos). Dispone de cocina compartida, con nevera, microondas y con artículos de cocina.

Sitio precioso; el dueño, amable, educado, servicial, encantador. El desayuno, muy rico, abundante y con unas vistas inmejorables y una tranquilidad que no tiene precio.

Rooms were very clean and staff super helpful especially with recommendations about what to see and where to go. We also were given a third room at no charge rather than squeezing our three kids in the same room.

Luis was such a great host. We appreciated his excellent recommendations and enjoyed talking with him. the room was clean and easy to set up in.

We enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how clean the bathroom was. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the design of the place, and the room was charming. We wish we had stayed longer. We missed the breakfast, which we imagine is nice.

Breakfast was really good and hearty. Our server did the job well and efficiently. Exceeded expectations.

We could choose between 2 beautiful rooms downstairs, both they were large, bright and clean (we stayed in one...) I dont know how the rooms are upstairs. Lots of free parking

Conveniently located off the highway. The staff that night was the nicest person I’ve ever met. There’s a small pasture behind the property and the cowbells sounded like wind chimes during the night. Great view of the mountains.

The hotel is beautiful located at the harbour on walking distance of the village. The seas can be brutal lovely to see from the klifs.

What a beautiful place Llanes is, Las Roca's was in a perfect position within the area, overlooking the Estuary, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful

Our family (2 older kids, 2 adults) really enjoyed staying at the Gran Hotel Paraíso! The location is amazing, right in the center of the beautiful old town core of Llanes. The kids loved eating breakfast at the chocolatería on the ground floor...

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, the shower was very modern with two modes and good pressure.
