A very spacious room with all the amenities we needed; a parking lot on the spot and free; not far from Ávila.

Very good but no wifi in room only in restaurant. Very kindly they upgraded to a suite for no extra charge.

Fantastic place, and great staff. Great location next to the wall. One person in our group lost an important item, and the owner was extremely helpful in helping us get it back.

location was great for access. Room was comfortable with a restaurant and bar downstairs. Parking was close and secure.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful, to explain things. Very new, still new-smelling, hotel. Underground parking was spacious, easy to use, with direct elevator access to room floor. I was able to leave car in car parking beyond checkout time.

It was a good choice,my wife and I will be please to be back there,no doubt.

Right above the train station and within walking distance to the old town. Sparkingly clean and good towels & mattress. Value for the money.

Centrally located within the walls of Avila. Easy access to the entire city, quiet streets, warm room. Parking nearby in green zones was really nice!

Beds are firm but comfortable, heating was superb, bathroom was newly renovated and super clean with more than expected supplies, hot water was fast and abundant, closet was spacious, decoration was funny American stile.

Great location. Very hospitable owners. We needed to change rooms due to heating issues and had a small issue with the washroom sink, which was rectified extremely quickly.

The only thing negative that I can say is the weird smell in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

Very easy to find, so close to city wall we could photograph it from our window and when it was lit up at night. Free parking. Close to servo/small grocery shop, and not far from large grocery shop.
