Clean, airy, quiet, plenty of space, excellent facilities (eg washing machine and fridge). Fernando was a great host. Restaurant nearby superb quality and value.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shopping area and bus stop are right across the street. The room was quiet, and had a small balcony.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful, to explain things. Very new, still new-smelling, hotel. Underground parking was spacious, easy to use, with direct elevator access to room floor. I was able to leave car in car parking beyond checkout time.

It was a good choice,my wife and I will be please to be back there,no doubt.

Right above the train station and within walking distance to the old town. Sparkingly clean and good towels & mattress. Value for the money.

Centrally located within the walls of Avila. Easy access to the entire city, quiet streets, warm room. Parking nearby in green zones was really nice!

Beds are firm but comfortable, heating was superb, bathroom was newly renovated and super clean with more than expected supplies, hot water was fast and abundant, closet was spacious, decoration was funny American stile.

Very easy to locate the hotel and staff personally directed us to the additional hotel parking

Great location. Very hospitable owners. We needed to change rooms due to heating issues and had a small issue with the washroom sink, which was rectified extremely quickly.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, great food! The room was cozy and clean, and the shower water was hot and the AC cold. It really could not have been better. Note: if you are driving, review the video. It will give you all the information...

The only thing negative that I can say is the weird smell in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

Very easy to find, so close to city wall we could photograph it from our window and when it was lit up at night. Free parking. Close to servo/small grocery shop, and not far from large grocery shop.

Nice solid hotel to stay for a night or two and visit Avila, friendly staff, and I have nothing to complain. Visitors can park their cars nearby for free or for an additional fee in the hotel garage. A few steps away from the famous Cuatro Postes...

Very cozy room near the center for a reasonable price.

Fantastic place, and great staff. Great location next to the wall. One person in our group lost an important item, and the owner was extremely helpful in helping us get it back.

location was great for access. Room was comfortable with a restaurant and bar downstairs. Parking was close and secure.

Excellent service, the girls very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed the stay very much and the Jacuzzi bath was very nice.
