This is my second time staying at the Lausanne Palalce. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is helpful and kind. Special mention to Stefano for making me feel at home in the hotel.

We love Base Lausanne! The location’s perfect for exploring and reaching all points of Lausanne. The bldg is a few minutes walk from the train yet somehow feels private. We enjoyed the ice cream shop next door and the nearby stunning lake walks....

Initially we were somewhat apprehensive checking into an unmanned hotel. But it was so smooth and so efficient that we were completely taken over. Everything was so well thought through and the room was so comfortable!!
