Breakfast is great. Exercise room is decent. Parking attendants are very helpful and so do all the breakfast staff. The front desk and house keeping all very helpful.

Beautiful property / little oasis in Chiayi. Booked a room with a tub, and loved that the room included local teas.

The hotel is very centrally located. Only few minutes walk from Chiayi Train Station. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Most of all, the front desk staff was most helpful for helping us arranging a long distance taxi and return items I left behind.

Given a complimentary upgrade to our twin bedroom. Very comfortable bed, better than those in Taipei. The hotel shuttle service was not available in am, hotel got taxi for us to train station, paid by hotel. A good spread of breakfast was served....

Comfortable, clean, attractive rooms. The bathrooms are particularly nice, with a sleek soaking tub. Staff was helpful and many speak English. Plentiful breakfast buffet and parking on site.
