They upgraded us from a double room to a quadruple room - for free! The front desk staff were very helpful in explaining to us how to watch the sunrise at Alishan and where in the park to visit.

The hotel manager (Bruce) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, e gave us a map and recommendations of places to visit during our stay. He urged us to ask him if we had any requests or questions.

滿意的是新的裝修大樓漢光樓很漂亮，地點出來就是森林，只是…溪頭好像是台大外包出租的園區，所以每個廠商各自為政，沒有標準統一的CI設計及管理規劃，如果真的要好好經營森林產業應該要交給完整的園區規劃，這樣從進到出才有完整的體驗

The rooftop swimming pool and bar had a nice view and heated water. The staff were helpful and recommended a great local restaurant nearby. The bath had tea instead of salt to put in the water, interesting touch.

這是第二次入住，體驗一樣超讚。 我喜歡有對外窗、乾淨舒適、軟硬適中的床墊和枕頭、隔音佳、停車方便、週邊用餐機能便利（步行即可）、聯外景點約在1半小時到一小時車程的住宿環境，不喜被（民宿老闆）過於親切寒暄（打擾）……這裡全都滿足了。
