The location was just perfect, few minutes walking distance to Taksim metro. Staff were very helpful, especially Ahmet who helped us a lot. Breakfast was ok, do not expect fancy breakfast, just few options.

It was a great experience, in the reception Refik was a great host. He can help you with everything that you need. The hotel is great, the apartments are comfortable and clean. The maids are amazing.

Good location within walkable distance to many restaurants and public transportation hub, decent hotel breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options, clean rooms, friendly professional staff, patio outside, some parts of the hotel look old and nice.

The Staff is very helpful and welcoming! I loved that they let the stray cats use the hotel lobby to rest and sleep. This tells a lot about the culture and the people running the hotel!

The reception staff were very nice and considerate. They gave us a free room upgrade. The hotel location is perfect, facing the taxim meydan, which was perfect for lazy evening strolls.
