Location, rooms and very friendly owner and staff.

The location was great for my purposes, but it's outside the city. Nice for some, not for others.

Я з колегами вже вдруге зупиняємося тут і нам все подобається: і якість та комфорт номерів, розташування поруч з Харковом, а не в самому місті, персонал, який без вагань йде на наші побажання (у зв"язку з пізнім заїхдом і раннім виїздом сніданки...

Сподобався персонал. Жіночка на рецепшині була дуже привітна, коли потрібно було вийти на парковку в комендатську годину то відчинила нам двері. З плюсів в номері дуже тепло, є халати, капці і одноразові засоби гігієни.

The staffs were very friendly and everything was neat . Had a decent night rest however the street is busy so a bit noisy .All equipments stated was available for use and easily accessible

Breakfast is very good, great location, good restaurant - Cafe Beerlin - within walking distance. Nice desk staff (last time I stayed desk person was rather arrogant).

Fantastic little hotel a short walk from central Kharkiv. I had to find a place to stay very last-minute, and noticed this one was right across the street, so I had no expectations. It was a lucky find. The room was small but very modern and cozy....
