The location was great. it was close to shops and restaurants.

Great price. Excellent location. Awesome staff. Anastasia and her team are top shelf. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic. This is a 4-Star hotel in the middle of the city for a 1-Star price.

The bed was amazing. It was a Tempur-pedic-like bed, the only one in my room, perhaps even in the hostel. All the other beds contained springs. I was so lucky! Also, to the manager/owner, I am sorry that I surprised you by being in the kitchen so...

The location is great - just by the Independence Square. The lady receptionist from Sumy was very helpful and caring. The restrooms and the room itself were very clean.

Good location that allowed me to walk to some spots. Security removed a drunken vagrant & protected the property. My room was clean. Shower was wonderful. Bed was super comfy. Restaurant was good.

The suite we had was very attractively decorated and very pleasant. Very large bathroom. The rooms look out on an inner courtyard with nothing to recommend it. But the location is excellent in the downtown of Kyiv, and very reasonable.

It was very clean and the administration was super nice

It was very handy to have fridge, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook with table and chairs, plenty of space for my baggage and clothing. The bathroom was swell, especially if you like giant tubs with various options

An excellent place to stay for a few days, very central and comfortable. After such a long trip to Ukraine I wanted a place where I could rest in a pleasant and beautiful environment.

Hotel was centrally located, however due to some road closures around the hotel it is best to take a cab or Uber to Independence Square. I did not find this as a detriment.
