The staff was nice. Food was delicious. I ordered the grilled chicken breast a la cart and it was tastym breakfast is very reach. They arranged me a driver with a Taxi for a 30 hrs tour and it was great.

The location was good since it was only a 10-minute drive from WTC where I was heading to, every morning (but without the crazy crowds on SZR). Quiet location. Not the best view from my room but overall, comfortable.

The hotel is synonymous with luxury. I've been here multiple times with family and friends. It always feels magical. The vibe, atmosphere, the staff, and the amenities are the best.

The guy at the reception Chaudhary was very helpful in accomodating us. Cab services were readilly available infront of the hotel. Room service was swift. Also helped us with an early check-in free of cost. Breakfast was nice.

Highly professional staff, great breakfast selection (no pork products of course), open-air pool on the roof, in-house travel and trip service, quiet, right next to the metro to take you downtown. Room had it's own large terrace.
