The room was comfortable, very clean and plenty of room. I liked that we chose our breakfast time and menu the night before and breakfast came quickly and was nice and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property was historic and well preserved and staff was open, accommodating and quickly became like extended family.

The atmosphere of the hotel, very friendly and loved how it associated with the history of Kirriemuir. Great location and menu/food was lovely. Rooms were a bit dated but I'm keeping with the hotel but linen and towels all very clean.

Extremely clean. Very comfortable and for a good price! Right next to train-station and located near bus routes. Right in the main area of dundee. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful overall a very pleasant stay and would return!
