Maurius the chef could not have been more helpful or obliging. His food was wonderful and he really went out of his way to look after me and make me feel so welcome. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The location is very quiet and peaceful.

Caroline upgraded me to the junior suite. It's a fantastic space - everything you could need for a short break away, and absolutley spotless. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you come by train it's just a short walk from the station.

Convenient to my location and parking ! Quiet cul-de-sac! Separate, private entrance! Fresh flowers in the bedroom was a nice touch! Great value for money. Able to sit on patio when sun was shining. Friendly hosts.

Quite simply, one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed in. The rooms are brand new, spatious, comfortable and quiet. The food is simply sublime. I cannot rate this place highly enough.
