Fantastic place with very nice and cozzy room , very good breakfast nearby restaurants, beach and bus stop. Warm and gentle people.

Excellent room with incredible views, the weather was wonderful, which helped!

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. There was little extras on the room like coffee machine with costa pods, shower caps, many other little things. Food on the bar was very nice.

We loved the property it was stylish and so clean, it’s been planned to such a high standard we loved it. The sea views are amazing, always parking options and we loved the location with the walk along the promonade into the main pier/ town.

Everything from checking in, staying and breakfast all straight forward, simple and pleasant. Very good location with lovely views to the front.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and the room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and the fruit pots were a lovely addition. The best part was the location which was just perfect.

The staff at booking in was great. really friendly and helpful. the room was big and lots of room to put my clothes and things away instead of them staying in my case. the carpark was big enough for a lot of cars.

This private hotel is in a lovely, quiet, walkable neighborhood of turn-of-the-century homes. I walked from the train station in about 5 minutes, and less than that to restaurants and the promenade.
