Lovely hotel, great to have a family room with 2 queen beds for very reasonable price. Clean, tidy. Couldn’t get the TV work but we only stayed 1 night and wasn’t an issue. Our room overlooked Tower of London which was beautiful.

Where do I begin? Everything in this hotel is perfect. I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

The rooms were modern and contained everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I also liked that the Hotel had a bar and restaurant for convenience. The front office staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Very, very clean, exceptionally staffed. Breakfast was great choices. Turned down at night was an added luxury. Robes, slippers & heated towels were heavenly. Everyone working there was so helpful & seemed to love their job!
