Good price. Free private parking was a bonus. Pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Worthing and the seafront. The shower room is shared with another room, but this was absolutely not an issue. Ideal for a few days stopover in the area

Everything went as planned and the accommodation was fine for a short two night stay. The breakfast was very good and Martin was a great 'front of house' host.

Private, clean, perfectly appointed, no details left out. The space is great for two people. Having the kitchen was great, especially since the hosts stocked it with essentials. Plus having access to the beautiful flower garden is a great bonus....

We liked onsite parking and the newness of the place. Nicely done bathroom and fairly large rooms. It is also fairly close to the town centre. It has a well equipped separate kitchen.
