The customer service was excellent. She was super friendly, personable and funny. And they give you coupons for free coffee at the copper cup. The room in general was clean. And bonus...this is the first facility we have stayed at in Ironwood that didnt have the pastel toilets from the 70's. And they had a super cute cat! And honestly the parking wasn't nearly as terrible as others have commented, it was a small hill to enter and there was more than adequate parking spaces available for it being sold out.

Owner is awesome and so friendly. He asked if there was anything at all he could do to make my stay even better a couple time through the check in process. The room was very comfortable, with lots of in room amenities and had the softest blankets....

Very friendly staff and the decor was amazing. The room was very clean, and the bed was just right. The pull out couch was also very comfortable. Lights were bright, and you could see everything you wanted.

The people were very friendly. It was close to Fayette State Park, where our family was staying. It is an old retreat that has been turned into a public retreat. We enjoyed our stay.

The greatest hotel in the galaxy! #ParkPlace. Shout out to Ken at the front desk who was excellent and the bartender on the 10th floor -apologies for not recalling the gentleman’s name.

The staff were super nice. The entire place was so clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was perfect. And the view from our balcony was beautiful!! Will definitely stay here again!!
