Super communicative staff who were so easy to work with check in and check out. Someone was in the office every day we were there, and they checked in so sweetly asking how everything was.

The location was great, right next to Syracuse University. The lobby was really nice, with some stained glass, comfortable chairs, plenty of tables and a bar. The room was large, comfortable and quiet.
