Everything the hotel, the staff, the breakfast (awesome), the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. There is all kinds of things you can do there in Greenville SC. I went there for my 70th birthday and got to go downtown and the Renaissance fair. It truly was a day to remember. Thank you Crown Plaza an IHG Hotel and booking.com for helping me. I'll go back again.

The location is very good. Easy, free parking. It is a bit of a walk to downtown Greenville but not too bad. Actually, the walk would help with burning some calories! So good. Checkin is easy and they often even allow earlier check in--even at 1 PM! Plus the hotel has a 24 hour vending machine with even beer/wine--you'd have to pay via the front desk though.

The perfect location to enjoy the falls and gardens. Main St shopping and dining was a short walk away. The lobby is a comfy place to hang out.

I have stayed here 4 times now... Each time our friend group has a birthday we stay at your facility. It has great access to downtown and we Uber everywhere to be safe after drinking.The rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable.....
