It was relatively clean and in good shape, no major issues other than next door noise and smelling of weed

The grounds are beautiful. The HVAC system worked great. Shower pressure was as good as can be expected with water restriction devices in place. Breakfast was good.

The property was very easy to get in and out of, our room was in a convenient spot by the back entrance. It was near a lot of good restaurants that were THE BEST. The breakfast and tea options were also very nice.

You can walk to many places around the area. Its convenient to so many places. Also liked the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from hotel to airport.

Location was very convenient for our activities while we were in town. Lots of Food options. My husband didn’t like the waffles at the restaurant attached to the hotel. They tasted like there was too much baking soda or it wasn’t mixed well...

The rooms are always clean and ready to be occupied on time. I do appreciate they are investing in the hotel as renovations are on the way.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was professional and friendly.

The attentive staff. We arrived from a late flight after 1 am and Beverly was very kind and friendly to us and our tired toddler. There was a mix up about a crib but the manager, Scott, helped us quickly. Very professional and kind people.

I live in Reston and actually booked Sheraton Reston for my friend who was visiting Reston from Seattle to attend an event and also meet with me. My friend and his son enjoyed the trip and the stay at Sheraton Reston

unfortunately I went through booking.com and they charged me twice although customer service at the actual hotel is trying to help me. booking.com had is nowhere to be found
