Great staff. Our first room had an issue,we reported it and almost immediately the technician responded. After he evaluated the problem, he suggested we be moved to another room, which we were. Though it is not a $500- $1000 dollar a night hotel, the customer service and care of the property elevates your whole experiance. It's a central location with wonderful amenities. It's always our favorite placee for family and friends to stay.

It is a very cool property, always love when older buildings are repurposed. Additionally the special touches within the hotel that cater to the history of it were fantastic!
