Friendly front desk staff that spoke English in addition to Chinese (probably other languages too). No restaurant on site as of February 2024 (none were expected), but there's lots of food within a ten minute walk. A simple breakfast was provided....

I'd like to gate keep this room but it's also a good feeling to share with co-travellers a gem such as this place. The room still looks new and it is indeed just right for 1 person coz of the sizes of bed and room, but it is a very comfortable...

The staff was welcoming and provided helpful information about my stay. The morning after I checked out they even called to tell me that I had left something behind and wanted to know how to forward it to me. The room was small but comfortable....

The breakfast and library were good. The bathrooms were wonderful. The room, bed with curtains Nd space around the bed with the towels and cupboard were great. Very kind staff and wonderful entrance area.

Second time we have stayed here, and we have eaten here several times as well. Beautiful property, warm and attentive staff. Lovely hot spring baths. The restaurant is very good as well.

Location was perfect. Hosts were so hospitable, kind, and helpful. Fresh Taiwanese breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfortable and spacious for a shared dorm. Very clean. Would 100% stay here again.

Room was perfect for a solo traveler and very clean. I stayed at the place since it's a walking distance to Pearson VUE where I took my NCLEX so it's perfect for me. In addition, it's very close to MRT.

the room was a bit small and the "view" was 10 feet from the wall of the building next to ours. The hotel staff was fantastic, though, and even let us use the washing machine and all the coffee/snacks.

Room is very spacious. I had a pretty good view facing the front side of the hotel. Huge tub for in-room hot spring. Spacious bathroom. Windows in both bedroom and bathroom. AC is very good. Close to main attractions.

The breakfast has excellent options. A wide range of food to choose from. The room itself is very nice. It starts to show some litte wear and tear but not where it counts. The staff speaks good English, which is more exception than rule in Taiwan.
