Next to park that I could walk in. It’s a newly restored old industrial building and feels very comfortable, safe, quiet and beautiful. Oh and parking was close and free.

It was quiet, clean, very reasonably priced for Philadelphia, and offered a continental breakfast (yummy croissants) and a wine and cheese social every night. In addition, they give a voucher for $10 off the 24 hour parking at a local garage.
