The location is on the spot where you go around the city center without driving and the best part is the parking. You don't need to reserve a parking space as they have a secure space for you.

Excellent location. It was a little tricky getting there at night. But after going thru the 3km tunnel and back, we found it on the second try. It’s a very narrow road next to the tunnel road. Also it has parking, narrow spots but we made it.
