The property is brand new! We arrived in January on the third day it opened. Everything was wonderful considering how new it was. Security is top notch and it’s well located on a nice quiet street. Rooms are spacious and beds are incredible....

Our checkin was delayed by a late plane but we were received well and he was very helpful with our unwieldy bags. Our room was large with a good TV and we enjoyed our balcony.

The location of Principado Downtown was great for getting to all areas of the city and being able to quickly grab a taxi. A lovely breakfast buffet was provided each morning which really helped us get a great start on our day.

Nice hostel, looks good, staff is friendly and helpful and activities are available, very complete kitchen as well. Dorm rooms are nice with lockers for backpack, a small locker at the bed, and a phone holder next to the beds.

Staff was really nice (Federico & Manuel), the room was comfortable and had everything I needed (although if it had a small table for a work, it would be even better). Overall I was very happy with the accommodation.
