The curtains on the beds were perfect. The kitchen being in the room was convenient, but a little strange, though no one used it so there was never a bad smell thankfully.

The location was excellent! Close to the metro, many buses and walking distance to most places downtown. The staff was incredible, Jack, Tony and Eiwon (I'm sorry for the spelling!) to name a few made sure I had the best stay and was comfortable...

Love the location of the hotel in Paddington, the high quality hair dryer in the rooms, the great staff and the styling of the hotel! The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Great front desk staff, very helpful. Bathroom was well appointed with plenty of hot & cold water. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom that came in handy. Good location just a few minutes walk from King's Cross train station.

The room was smaller than we like but fine. The location was great-uniquely central to everything particularly with two tram rails next to our block. And the famous Capital Theatre next door. The staff was extremely helpful in many ways-the best !
