Wonderful property, close enough to town to walk but not too close too be a hindrance. The manger is an absolute delight, always down for a chat and willing to help.

Great location - easy to explore the surrounding areas. Room was large enough for us to spread out comfortably for our five day stay. We liked being able to park right in front of the door.

The room had a washing machine and dryer and two bathrooms which was helpful with 3 kids. The kitchen was well appointed and and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Was glad to get in on a cancellation. Difficult to get a bed in Mildura as so many have no vacancies left after 1700 hours. After a long trip needed a bed and luckily on the ground floor.
