Great room and bathroom which was very clean, and was perfect for what we needed during our stay. The staff were very polite and friendly, and they were helpful when needed. The hotel is close to the main sightseeing areas and some good restaurants.

The breakfast was satisfying with not much variety but it was ok. The location is excellent (next to Stephansplatz) right in the heart of Vienna. The room was very clean and warm, sunny in the morning and quiet at night!
