Freindly polite staff firstly, good parking, clean and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for local restaurants, shops and bars, all within 5-10 minute walk.

Breakfasts were better than most that I've had in Europe. Eggs however tended to be over cooked. (Brown omelets)

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Beim Frühstück gab's leichte Schwierigkeiten, kurzfristig war um ca. 9.00 Uhr alles aus. Wurde aber sehr schnell wieder aufgefüllt.

Good location from me visiting family. Near to the open air baths and Heuriger wine gardens. Surrounding areas are pretty with high pine trees. The manager was very helpful upon arrival. He organised a family meal at very short notice.
