The location, the door code given at the perfect time, the Welcome card, though I didn't use it. Everything needed was available. Very private. Comfortable sleep. Nice hot water and warm room. There is a tv.. all facilities needed are there.

The staff were friendly and attentive and the location was close to public transport. Easy to get to the city center.

The facilities are very nice (seems it was renovated not long ago?) And I enjoyed the sauna. No swimwear but includes towels and theyvare kind enough to provide bathrobe. The staff was attentive and overall I enjoyed it.

Access was simple and quick. Place was super close to the ski bus and grocery store.
