Breakfast was very good, location too, close to a metro station Volkstheater (5 minutes walk), two stations away from St Stephen cathedral. Friendly staff, especially in the morning.

We only stayed for one night. Great location in super cool building. The apartment is super spacious and has an old charm to it. Beds are comfortable. We didn't meet any of the staff as we arrived super late and left super early.

I travel a lot and this hotel is perfect for the person who wants to be in the cultural heart of a city such as Vienna. The hotel is incredibly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy. The linens are fine.
