It was very clean, great layout, and spacious with lovely touches for both kids and adults

Excellent location very close to centre of Ypres and the Menin gate. A comfortable room, comfortable bed and helpful host. David communicated with us in advance and was waiting for us as we arrived.

Very nice location, friendly hosts, well equiped, quiet and clean. Really splendid. We stayed over on a last minute decision, and very happy we did find this gem. For sure will come back.

Large breakfast, very nice with lots of choice. Everything is quickly refilled and monitored by the staff.

Warm welcome, clean, equipped kitchen, close to fish shops and general food stores. Parking nearby, as well as public transport. Nice walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The house is confortable, it has a nice indoor patio, spacious kitchen and big table. Living room is OK and the chimeney is nice and give a enjoyable atmosphere. Spacious bedrooms. Location is very good, easy access to the high way, many shops...

Breakfast was really nice, friendly staff. Room was big and had all we needed. Shower was interesting, but we couldn't figure out how to workmit properly beyond the basic as all the instructions were in Flemish or French. Didn't matter though....

Breakfast & location was great. Shame about the outlook where building work was going on. Would have been nice to have been told about this beforehand. Heating very complicated to work out.

A real fairy tale hotel with a lot of attention to small details; the kids absolutely loved it. Great, charming and comfortable rooms. Perfectly located in the Plopsaland yet easy and quick access to the beach.

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is spacious, cosy, modern and clean. The location is amazing it feels like your in the countryside so peaceful but it is also only a 5 minute drive to the town where there is lots...

Really close to Proximus Popup Arena where we had a concert to attend, free parking, and a cool breakfast in the morning : nothing more to wait for, it was just great.

We really loved our stay.Accommodation was very clean, modern and nicely equipped. It was very close to the beach (700 meters). Parking was just next to it.They are pet friendly too. 😉
