Great hotel next to the Mall and shops, steps away from city centrum. Very friendly stuff at the reception desk, and nice comfortable rooms. Definitely good value for money if you need to stay overnight in Pernik.

The room was cheerful and the use of a stocked kitchen was an unexpected benefit. The table and chairs in addition to a desk was also cozy. Beautiful morning light, and a small, private balcony.

This is a brand new location in the heart at the central road. i could park in front of the hotel which was great for us as there can be some parking problems in the center of Kjustendil

Amazing location in a quiet area just a couple minutes from the town center. Beautifully renovated old building with quaint courtyard. Nice hostess who ensured we were satisfied. Excellent value!!

Everything was very good. The pool was warm and it wasn't crowded

a bit poor. we got a freshly backed "some bakery" with cheese made by a lovely lady , and a cup of milk. kids did not like the "only choice" . but this is very acceptable for this price .

Awesome guy at reception/bar. He beat everything such a bad location, problems to reach owner etc. He absolutely big heart person!!!

Nice place near the park and mineral bath. The apartment was big enough and clean. Very helpful staff. There is a good restaurant Brezite just a few steps from the hotel. I had a very pleasant stay despite the weather.
