Everything was very good. The pool was warm and it wasn't crowded

Cozy, comfortable and serene place. the SPA was lovely and two people from our group enjoyed great full body massages. The restaurant was also great!

Amazing location, feels like you are on the top of the mountain. Feels like you are away from the city, but you are just 10 mins drive.

Overall I was happy with my stay. It's a nice place and good value for money. I also ordered breakfast for which I paid extra and it was very good. The surrounding nature is beautiful.

Amazing location with big wide rooms. Swimming area, great parking lot. Pet friendly and staff was really cool! Internet was great for browsing! I will be booking this in my future.

The receptionist couldn't do enough to assist me, from welcoming me on my arrival directly from the airport at 3am, to booking taxis, or organising a take away breakfast, to suit my travel arrangements. . . . I was permitted to check out just...

The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my needs or requests. Exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to be around. This meant more to me than the facilities and others.

Everything was perfect, expect the bed for two… It was actually two small beds combined in one. But everything else was to quality, me and my other half are very satisfied from our stay at the hotel.

The location is in the mountain but close to the city center, the place is after renovation and with new furniture. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Very nice restaurant with Bulgarian dishes - good price and excellent taste.

We have been here a few times. Rooms are always very clean and nice. Breakfast is pretty good. And the SPA is really, really good.

Maybe 3* is a little overrated , but the location is great, in town but outside the ringroad, where the mountain starts. Great spot for a sleep-and-go with some hours to waste

The communication with the host was excellent and everything was well organised and went really smoothly - plus we were offered to leave our things in the room until the evening when we headed to the airport, which made life a lot easier!
