I liked that we had enough heat in winter time and that everything was clean. They changed my room right away from double to twin as I booked twin and they intended to give me a double in the begining as the reception was crazy due to blocked roads.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel and the room itself were well climatized. Great size of the room. Clean and cozy.

We are frequent guests of this hotel. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and late check-ins are also possible. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and by the way - make sure you try the coffee.

Staff is super nice and polite. Great breakfast for very little money. It is a 1 star hotel but I believe this is way underestimated, I've seen 4 stars hotels in much much worse condition.

Стаите са просторни , леглата бяха много удобни и големи , хареса ни , че стаите имат балкон , което е перфектно за пушачи.. Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив 🙂 Бихме избрали отново този хотел .
