The stuff was very helpful and polite. The room was just as described. It was clean and it was very close to Sofia Arena. The area seemed safe. We walked to the Arena and when returned by taxi the area also seemed safe.

A big room with comfy bed, everything as in pictures. 15-20min walk from the center. Also had some small shops nearby and a big supermarket 3min walk. Free parking just 3min walk from the hotel but it was ok. Good deal to stay in Sofia.
