The apartment is brand new, host is extremely pleasant and always responding timely. The ski slopes are near the Hotel. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent and the Spa was clean and close to the apartment.

The size of the apartment gives extra value for money. The location is excellent - directly on the slope (require slope view room). The staff was very nice.

Excellent location right next to the main lift & village center. Hotel is equipped with a gym, spa facilities and a bar in the lobby. Front porch overlooks the slopes.

Big rooms and a lot of facilities. The building is surrounded by forest, but it's a short walk to Rila. Also, there was a lot of snow around s building so kids could play there.

The breakfast and location recommend this hotel. The view slope is worthing to pay a litlle more. The kids areas are appropiate and encourage them to relax and play after ski.

I've made the booking for my family. Overall they were quite happy with the facilities, restaurant, pool and room size. According to them the breakfast was great and food at the restaurant was delicious.

Accommodation was great, plenty of space and it was well kept. Good food in the bar downstairs and all of the family who run the place are lovely.

Lovely hotel. Lovely lounge area to relax in and the spa is a lovely addition. Bedrooms were very comfortable with great storage.

Cheap - friendly owners good contact - location some walking distance from ski equipment places, but fine nonetheless. If you rent ski’s from Traventuria, go to the one nearby hotel samokov and not the other one (save yourself the walking time...

The hosts Alexander and Fannie are so kind and welcoming, they met us in the airport on time and drove us to the guest house. The room was clean and cozy, and had the essential tools for making sandwiches for the hikes. Nice and warm shower....

The apartment was perfect, lots of space and totally relaxing. Short walk to the centre.

Everything was perfect. First of all the location is realy close to gondola, so you can go by walk to the ski fields. I can recommend this apartment because of kind and helpful staf, clean, spacious, bright and in the end it’s realy warm.
