Super nice personal in the reastaurant and in the reception + nice wellness.

Unique place with wonderful spirits (Hosts). We felt as in-house. Cosy room. Common kitchen. Very good meals. Good coffee in the morning with a view of the snowed area. We definitely recommend staying there and eating some good food.

Využili jsme chatku, pro rodinu bezvadné, prostor pro odpočinek i oddech. Velmi pěkné prostředí kolem. Dostatečný prostor, skvělá teraska venku. Možnost připravit si kávu, toasty. Hodnotím soukromí ubytování. Velmi milý personál, skoro rodinný....

Wszystko super. Złotych klamek nie było, ale czyściutko i darmowa kawa, herbata. Za taką cenę aż tyle się nie spodziewaliśmy.

Všude v hotelu bylo krásně uklizeno. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Je tu dostatek společenských prostor a i vyžití pro malé děti.

The simple, clean room with the bathroom within the 70' style building although thoroughly renovated. But... very polite and helpful staff, very good breakfast and the HB optionally, extremely close to Koprivna lift for skiers in winter and bikers...

The location is perfect, room and bathroom are clean and nice.

Staff is great, owner is really friendly and I gotta say that the customer service is exceptional. The penzion itself is well worth the money and I can imagine having a great skiing trip here. I do recommend this establishment.

The staff was welcome and friendly . Its a pension, don't expect high expectations but the bed was ok, and the room was clean. They provided also some towels. The shared bathroom where also well maintained during all day. We had a nice stayed and...

Good dinner, and breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff... The Spa outside was amazing, we truly enjoyed the variety of Saunas and jacuzzis. Also a friendly place for families. We hope to be back soon .

Beautiful cozy apartment, with own bathroom and lovely owner. Very easy access to the city. Only thing is the heating in the bedroom didn’t work too well and it’s winter.
